What You'll Do:

  1. To assist on B2B marketing campaigns from conceptualization till execution and post event reporting. Project includes but not limit to online/offline events, demand generation telemarketing campaign, digital campaign, production and etc.)
  2. Manage resources to be able to work within budgets
  3. Create, manage and carefully track detailed event and operational timelines.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients through constant communication and updates on the work progress
  5. Work closely with the internal department /division, and outside vendors to coordinate all logistics to execute each assigned event
  6. To conduct work in a professional manner, create teamwork and guide part time crew.

What You Have:

  1. 1-2 years experience in related field B2B marketing. Fresh grads are welcome too.
  2. An eye for detail and problem solving skills
  3. Ability to work under pressure
  4. Excellent ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
  5. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and organized manner.
  6. High level of maturity and able to manage stress.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management : Able to prioritize multiple projects.
  8. Analytical and solution-driven mind-set: Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of methods and results.
  9. Engage in critical thinking and is a forward-thinker.
  10. Proficiency in English Language (both written and spoken). Bonus: Chinese Language as well
