Trad3mark is growing and we are actively looking for an ambitious, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Activation Team as an Activation/Event Executive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist line manager in planning, supervising, and monitoring the execution of on ground projects to drive activation and day to day operations.
  • Assist to execute events/projects which includes idea generation, preparing proposal, coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operation
  • Manage project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are met
  • Nurturing accounts and strategize ways to build new opportunities
  • Liaise closely with creative designers on marketing materials and artworks in various campaigns
  • Work closely with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Ability to positively handle and negotiate with third party vendors or suppliers to achieve target profit without compromising on project quality at the same time ensure smooth and positive project delivery
  • Exceptionally good communication skills and strategic thinking skills
  • Sourcing & exploring vendors for procuring merchandises as per requirement considering time & cost efficacy

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in activation, marketing or relevant field
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of various industries and client management
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, mature in thinking, pro-active and willing to take challenges
  • Organizational skills to manage, analyze and present ample amount of information
  • Team Player with a positive mindset and 'Can-Do' attitude
