Job Description :

  • Prepare and update Project Progress Reports, site diary, and project schedules (Excel/Project).
  • Handle submissions to consultants and authorities (permits, inspection requests, material approvals).
  • Maintain contract files, LOA/LOI, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing records.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Prepare official letters, memos, meeting minutes, and ensure all documents are audit-ready.
  • Keep track of payments, progress claims, and variation orders.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare presentation materials, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in construction administration, preferably in high-rise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation, progress reporting, and site coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advantage if familiar with MS Project or construction software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work on-site when required and comfortable with construction site environment.
  • Good understanding of basic construction terms, drawings, and workflow is an added advantage.
