Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Customer Queries

o   Prepare quotations, attending to customers' queries, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

o   Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

o   Monitor vessel space and update the sales team regarding space availability.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

o   Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.

o   Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.

o   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Coordination & Communication:

o   Act as the liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

o   Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and presentations as needed.

o   Provide timely updates to the sales team regarding customer feedback and requirements.

Documentation & Reporting:

o   Maintain organized and accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.

o   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

o   Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Administrative & Marketing Support:

o   Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

o   Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

o   Provide insights and feedback from customers to enhance marketing efforts.


Qualifications & Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
