KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries received via digital marketing platforms, email, phone calls, and other communication channels, ensuring accurate and consistent information is provided.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries, manage customer interactions, and support the sales process to achieve successful deal closure.
- Handle incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing enquiries related to products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively by coordinating with relevant internal departments, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to Management for service improvement and process enhancement.
- Support customer retention initiatives by building strong relationships and delivering positive customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, service-level standards, and internal procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in Customer services
- Prefered Chinese - speaking candidates only.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
REMUNERATION :
- Commision -based
Work Located : Kepong , KL

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
