Location : Petaling Jaya

About the Job Descriptions

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions such as Learning & Development, Recruitment, C&B, Talent Management, HR systems, and Employee Relations
  • Provide support to the company on HR policies and procedures to align and enhance consistency of HR and corporate compliance practices.
  • To review monthly payroll, payslips and other payroll related matters.
  • Analyze HR data and develop HR metrics to measure KPI achievement.
  • To study, draft, and implement Department Processes, when required
  • To be responsible for all department correspondences whether internal or external.
  • To review, implement, and record staff performance evaluations.
  • To review all proposals on administrative duties (Staff Insurance, Phone Package, Tenancy Agreement, etc.)
  • To provide guidance and lead the HR and Admin team members.
  • To manage both internal and external audits and handling Statutory audits and liaison with the government officers.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that the Management assigns.

About the Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of working experience as a HR Manager.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Good knowledge and experience in local Malaysian Labor Law.
  • Must possess knowledge of Malaysia Statutory requirements e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF etc.
  • Multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related software applications.

Remuneration Packages

Attractive salary package from RM8,000 – RM10,000, depending on qualification and experiences.
