Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare and submit customs declarations and necessary documentation for all import and export activities.
  • Maintain compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
  • Liaise with customs authorities to address and resolve any compliance issues or audits.
  • Manage and oversee shipping schedules, routes, and transportation arrangements to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Work closely and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to facilitate efficient shipping operations.
  • Monitor and track shipments, addressing any delays or issues that arise during transportation.
  • Serve as the primary contact between shipping partners, and internal teams for all customs and logistics matters.
  • Communication and coordination to resolve issues related to customs clearance and shipping operations.
  • Work closely with purchasing, planning, and warehouse departments to integrate customs compliance and logistics operations smoothly.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirement

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate may apply
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development.

Skills:

  • Proficient in English due to needed communicate with international market
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
