Job Function / Responsibilities / Authorities

  1. Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all operations in the Store are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training where necessary.
  3. Ensure the accurate recording of all finished goods into the SAP system.
  4. Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
  5. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, optimizing storage space and product rotation
  6. Oversee the receiving process of finished goods from production or external suppliers, ensuring that goods are inspected for quality and quantity.
  7. Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of finished goods in accordance with customer orders and shipment notice.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
  9. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  10. Identify skill gaps within the warehouse team and coordinate training to enhance performance.
  11. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receiving reports, dispatch logs, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements and Skills

  1. SPM, Certificate or vocational or equivalent experiences and trainings.
  2. Experience 2 - 4 year, preferably in in warehouse operations
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  6. Strong work ethic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
