Responsibilities:

  • Develop and set up Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models
  • Conduct FEA simulations related to structural elements such as foundations, beams, and overall strength assessments
  • Analyze, validate, and refine designs based on FEA results
  • Collaborate with the structural engineering team to coordinate project activities
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D design software is considered an advantage
  • Work on offshore projects tailored to specific client requirements
  • Design structural elements like seafastenings, grillages, and bladeracks
  • Providing sample reports or documentation showcasing previous FEA work is a plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Maritime Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Over 10 years of experience in structural engineering within the maritime sector
  • Proficient in tools such as Ansys, Femap, or RFEM
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
