  1. Liaise with the representatives of authorities, contractors, project consultants or any relevant parties in the project.
  2. Demonstrate excellent organization, time management, leadership and decision making to the team.
  3. Willing and able to travel for work.
  4. Willing to expedite, coordinate and receive instruction from superior and management.
  5. Attend all the committee and site operation meeting.
  6. Preparation of the project schedule.
  7. Review the project plans, specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
  8. Supervise/review/prepare all final reports including as built drawings, material reconciliation, close our. Etc, relating to the assigned project.
  9. Prepare daily and weekly reporting to management.
  10. Ability to intelligently communicate with government authorities, contractors, project consultants or any relevant parties in the project as well as effectively lead the trades.
  11. Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule with smoothly work force.
  12. Raise and discuss relevant issues at the site meeting, prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
  13. Inform the consultant or contractor of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the consultant design drawings.
  14. Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
  15. Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
  16. Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
  17. Supervise and monitor company labours and relevant sub-contractors.
  18. Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.
  19. Preparation of monthly progress reports, master work program, work schedule and necessary required reports.
  20. Liaise with site engineer, site supervisor and relevant parties for work progress and updates.
  21. Attend and resolve emergency site issue and meeting.
