Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting up and managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and preparing sales reports. The Senior Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development in Maintenance and Industrial domains.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in preparing sales presentations and sales reports
  • Knowledge of industrial tools and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia
