SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Based at Bangsar South
Salary : RM3500 – RM4500 + Commission
Reporting to : CEO
We are looking for a strategic, self-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our business by connecting our unique value proposition with the needs of mid-sized organisations.
You should be an expert in consultative selling, with a proven track record of closing complex deals in the IT Service Management (ITSM), monitoring, and observability space. Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face with technology consolidation, operational overhead, and lack of visibility.
Job Description
- Sales Planning:
Identify and target potential enterprise consumers by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. - Development of Outbound Sales Process
: Create a tailored outbound sales procedure that successfully contacts and involves important decision-makers in the targeted businesses. This entails planning sales campaigns, crafting tailored pitches, and using a variety of channels to make contact. - Lead Generation and Qualification:
Proactively generate leads through networking, emailing, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms. Leads should be qualified to make sure they fit with our product offers and have the potential to generate significant revenue. - Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within targeted enterprises. Understand their business challenges and objectives to effectively position Mambo's solutions as the optimal choice. - Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to highlight the advantages and worth of our offerings. Make your strategy unique to each potential client's requirements and problems. - Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations, addressing any concerns and obstacles, to successfully close deals. Ensure agreements meet both customer expectations and our business objectives. - Sales Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Incorporate feedback and lessons learned into future sales strategies. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to reaching and serving enterprise clients. Share insights and feedback to help refine our product offerings and market positioning.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales, proven track record in meeting sales targets, and experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, hybrid cloud, and IT operations environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
