Business Operations Support
- Act as system administrator for Salesforce Service Cloud, including user accounts, security control, workflows, and e-forms.
- Provide Level 1 support and monitor system interfaces across Finance, Procurement, and HR platforms.
- Administer and support Anaplan platform for business operations.
- Oversee integration of core systems: Employee Intranet (Salesforce), ERP (D365 F&O) and Procurement (Esker).
- Handle requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Level 2/3 teams or vendors when required.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Intranet systems and related applications.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for D365 upgrades, Salesforce enhancements, and Esker changes.
- Ensure all projects comply with governance, internal controls, and security policies.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives including automation and new technology implementation.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. (Finance background is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IS/IT support, application administration, or project coordination.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Esker, or Anaplan is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience in system monitoring, interface support, or user administration.
- Exposure to SIT/UAT, system changes, or ERP environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills within a multicultural environment.
- Proactive, organized, independent, and a fast learner with a growth mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to support regional users.
- Fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus for regional user support.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
