Purpose of Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end users’ requirements and vendor progress.
- Coordinate the work of vendors.
- Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and operations team to

enact change.
- Problem troubleshoot and produce root cause analysis (RCA) document.
- Produce problem logs analysis and statistics.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field or business-related

field.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

is essential.
- Customer service skills an asset.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
