Job Descriptions

  • To coordinate the production activity to comply sales business demands in an efficient & lean ways and satisfy customer requirement and food safety aspects.
  • To attend coordination meeting to liaise with other departments to troubleshoot problems.
  • Focus more on plant efficiency, product quality, food safety matters, ISO procedure, SAP, housekeeping and etc.
  • Make sure compliance to all legal, safety and quality standard such as IS09001, GMP, HACCP & FSSC requirement.
  • Liaise closely with maintenance and technical to ensure the designated plant achieved high process reliability and production targets.
  • To train production personnel on new production processes and related update on production processes.
  • Daily operation activities need to be reported to Assistant Manager Plant.
  • Ensure that raw material is sufficient at all time for plant operation and follow up closely with utilities department to avoid stoppage of plant.
  • Ensure to achieve targeted fractionation and refining yield
  • Responsible to update all corrective action from the finding during internal and external audit.
  • To coordinate with planning on production scheduling to meet shipment date.
  • To perform any task assigned by management when the need arises.

Job/Skills Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Chemical / Mechanical / Process Engineering / Food Technology  or an equivalent field from a recognized university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in vegetable oils & fats industry.
  • Experience in refinery and fractionation, which is more preferable.
  • Knowledge on SAP is an advantage
  • Willing to work night shifts and weekends
