Job Description:

  • Re-layout to achieve higher productive and lower non-productive floor utilisation ratio.
  • Conduct study on existing work method and analyse its efficiency.
  • Standardise work method and initiate Lean manufacturing thinking process.
  • Develop system and modelling capacity in plant operations
  • Lead capital justification and implementations.
  • Work with planning, quality and R&D personnel on product development and tooling to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Coordinate engineering change activities for manufacturing.
  • Ensure product quality in day-to-day machining / assembly operation adhere to pre-determine W.I & SOP.
  • Develop work-flow processes for machining / manufacturing assembly lines.
  • Train Leaders and Workers on process sequence and work method so to achieve standardise quality product.
  • Design jigs/fixtures that ensure materials are produced efficiently and conform to specifications.
  • Process improvement to drive manufacturing productivity, efficiency and safety by adopting Lean manufacturing method.
  • Design parts transfer cart for production use
  • Establish container loading and prepare PPL and FPL.
