Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled
Intune Specialist
to join our team onsite at KL Sentral. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern device management and deployment technologies, ensuring smooth operations and secure management of corporate devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer
    MDM (Mobile Device Management)
    and
    MAM (Mobile Azure Management)
    solutions.
  • Handle
    Azure AD (Active Directory)
    and
    Entra ID
    integrations.
  • Deploy and manage devices using
    Autopilot
    and
    Win32 application deployment
    .
  • Oversee device
    enrollments
    ,
    co-management
    , and
    autopatch
    processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device management issues across multiple platforms.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong experience in
    Intune
    and related Microsoft Endpoint Management tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    MDM, MAM, Azure AD, Entra ID, Autopilot, Win32 Application Deployment, Enrollments, Co-Management, and Autopatch
    .
  • Fluent in
    Mandarin
    (Read & Write).
  • Ability to work onsite at
    KL Sentral
    .
