Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Configuration:
    Assist with or lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM modules. This includes translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Project Management:
    Participate in project requirements analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will also be responsible for meeting agreed-upon deliverables and keeping project managers updated on status, risks, and issues.
  • System Support:
    Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting system problems and performing routine maintenance and updates.
  • Testing and Validation:
    Participate in and oversee system testing and validation to ensure the product meets requirements.
  • Documentation:
    Create and maintain system configurations, user guides, and other necessary documentation.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with various business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR solutions.
  • Staying Updated:
    Keep informed about new features and updates within the Oracle HCM suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or a similar HR management system.
  • Consulting experience is often required, along with experience with specific system releases (e.g., Release 10 or above).
  • Certifications:
    Specific Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud or Talent Management Cloud, can be a requirement or a strong plus.
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in system configuration and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with clients and users.
