Working location: Subang / Dengkil / Cyberjaya

Responsibilities:

  • To manage Building and support Developers on the JMBs issues based on Strata & Management Act 757 and at the same time to comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga Guidelines and Building by-law.
  • To assist and prepare Facility Management expenses budget for related sites.
  • To plan, implement SOPs on Safety & Security, Housekeeping & Landscaping activities, Repair and maintenance works by Staffs and outsource / AVALAND contractors on the building services.
  • To handle minor up grading projects which should include tendering process, recommendation of award, work implementation and supervision for the buildings.
  • To assist tenants, owners, and other department on the technical support whenever it is required.
  • Coordinate QR code scanning inspection and ensure all areas are being attended.
  • To liaise with authority, service providers, contractors and JMBs for the smooth operation of the building.
  • To enhance and keep beautify Landscaping for AVALAND Sales galleries, show units.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture, C&S, M&E Engineering with working experiences or other qualifications with relevant experience.
  • Possess good knowledge of Strata Management Act, Suruhanjaya Tenaga Guidelines, Building by-law etc.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of Management; energetic; assertive and able to achieve bottom line result.
  • In the absence of above requirements subject to the management's approval.
  • Posses Carpark Operations knowledge.
