Branch Executive

The Branch Executive, plays a pivotal role in driving the branch's business growth by supporting sales development, recruitment, and adviser productivity initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
- Support the branch manager in recruitment seminars, previews, and sales events to attract and develop quality advisers.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and roadshows to increase business opportunities.
- Work on documentation processing.
- Partner with the Regional Manager on strategic business development initiatives and market expansion efforts.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with adviser to drive retention and long-term growth.
- Support adviser onboarding, activation, and compliance to ensure high productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record in client relationship management, sales, or branch operations.
- Ability to execute branch operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth
