About the Role

This role requires someone with solid hands-on experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare proposals, client meeting reports, initial due-diligence screenings, and related documents.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support efforts to achieve the company's business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential institutional/corporate clients.
  • Track, record, and report business development activities.

  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts.

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks or improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
  • Support operational budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to resolve operational issues.
  • Contribute to project management tasks as required.
  • Perform other related or ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in business development, business operations, finance, consulting, or related corporate roles.
  • Experience preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and handling client coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in financial services or investment-related roles is an added advantage.
