SYNDES Technologies is a one-stop device management solution provider based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. We specialize in managing corporate-liable and dedicated devices, tablet-based kiosks, rugged devices, mobile point of sale (mPOS), and digital signages. Our solutions allow users to remotely monitor and control their business, increase productivity by setting accessibility parameters, and enhance security by remotely locking down lost devices.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at SYNDES Technologies in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting product demonstrations, building and maintaining customer relationships, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for providing after-sales support and handling customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospecting.
- Engage with prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and online meetings to understand business needs.
- Present and demonstrate our MDM software solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to execute lead generation campaigns and product demos.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
- Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or software sales (B2B environment preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing software or IT solutions with customers.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT management tools is an added advantage.
