Job SummaryWe're looking for a detail -oriented Accounts Executive to oversee the full accounting process. You'll be responsible for ensuring our financial records are accurate and up -to -date, from preparing monthly statements to managing cash flow and budgets. This role requires an independent professional who can manage key financial functions and collaborate with various external partners. Key ResponsibilitiesFull -cycle accounting: Prepare and manage the complete set of accounts, including monthly reports and reconciliations.Financial reporting: Ensure all monthly financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards.Cash flow management: Oversee treasury functions, monitor cash flow, manage banking facilities, and perform bank reconciliations.External liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties.Budget and forecasting: Develop and prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.Departmental support: Assist with daily accounting operations and take on other assigned duties.Team leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff as needed. Candidate ProfileEducation: A minimum of an Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher, or a part -professional qualification. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates from the manufacturing or project management industries. Audit experience is a plus. Candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing sector are highly preferred.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.Attributes: We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and demonstrates a high level of integrity and maturity.Technical: Familiarity with ProAccwin or UBS accounting software is a bonus.
