About Our ClientOur client is a prominent player in the property development and construction sector, seeking a skilled and committed professional for their accounting team at their main office. This role offers the chance to be an essential part of a dynamic department and contribute to the company's financial operations. Job SummaryWe are looking for a diligent and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee all accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, from daily cash flow to preparing financial statements, and will play a key role in the department's day -to -day activities. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete accounting process, including the preparation of financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all accounts payable and receivable transactions.Prepare daily cash flow reports and conduct regular bank reconciliations.Oversee the treasury function and manage the company's cash flow.Assist in the creation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties like auditors, tax agents, and bankers.Support the accounting department with various daily tasks and special projects as they arise. Candidate RequirementsA diploma or higher qualification in accounting (e.g., LCCI Higher, Advanced/Higher Diploma) or a partial professional certification is required.A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is essential, with a preference for candidates from the property development, construction, or building industries.Familiarity with IFCA or ACCWIN accounting software would be a significant advantage.The ideal candidate should be independent, proactive, and dynamic, with strong communication skills and a high level of integrity.
