Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store and head office positions (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and attendance reports.
  • Support payroll coordination, leave management, and employee scheduling in collaboration with store managers.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and staff training programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters and help promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize staff engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, labor law, and payroll coordination.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple retail outlets and fast-paced operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • A team player with a hands-on, people-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
