What you'll be doing

  • Conducting Service and Repair of technical equipment for Dyson, Bruno & Jura products.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner with the detail report.
  • Control and usage of inventory with System PRONTO (ERP & CRM software).
  • To communicate with customers when required as part of service requirement.
  • To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field.
  • Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar role : troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
