Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire)
- Support onboarding documentation and pre-onboarding activities, including background verification and pre-employment medical checks
- Maintain and manage the Time and Attendance (T&A) system (SAP/SuccessFactors), including employee profiles, work schedules, accruals, and time clock data
- Review, verify, and edit daily employee time records to ensure accurate tracking of hours worked, overtime, and shift differentials
- Process and track Time Off (TO), sick leave, unpaid leave, and other forms of absence in line with company policy and labor regulations
- Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and company HR policies
- Prepare and generate T&A reports for payroll processing, audits, and management review
- Maintain organized, confidential, and audit-ready T&A records and documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to timekeeping, system access, and leave balances via email or ticketing systems
- Perform system configurations, UAT testing, and resolve technical issues related to time clocks or data interfaces
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Shared Services roles
- Strong understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors (mandatory and non-negotiable)
- Proficient in managing queries through ticketing systems and ensuring SLA adherence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience managing large data sets; proficient in MS Word and Outlook
