About the role

Waihui furniture Sdn.Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Selangor. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality furniture products. What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash and electronic payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organised retail space, ensuring displays are visually appealing
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
  • Good at social media

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or furniture annd building material industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build lasting relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling
  • Passion for the furniture and new material industry and a keen eye for design and styling
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
