Procurement Executive
Job Description
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive prices, quality goods, and optimal terms.
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and maintain an approved supplier list.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and procurement policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with the finance team on invoice verification and payment processing.
- Comply with internal control procedures and company policies during procurement activities.
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and industry developments.
Qualification, Experience and Requirements
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Admin / Logistics
- At Least 2 Years Of Working Experience as an Procurement Executive
- Able to use USB Accounting System
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to do fast comparison on pricing
- Able to provide cost saving ideas
- A good communication skills
- Willing to travel to site for inspection
- Sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of goods and services needed
- Excellent In MS Office Software
- Multitask, Milestones, Deadlines And Result Oriented
- Ability To Perform Independently With Minimum Supervision
- Good Oral And Written Communication And Inter Personal Skills (English And Malay)
