Job Description:

1. Claims Management
  • Process Distributor Monthly Claim (Water) including invoice checking and summary preparation.
  • Handle Hub Dob (Water) claim.
  • Process SKU Loyalty Incentive claim.
  • Manage Claim Back CSTP Block Display / OEL Perak Own Transport.
  • Manage Space Buy Claim.
  • Ensure all claims are properly documented, verified, and submitted on time.
2. Request Handling
  • Request quotations and follow up on signboard requirements.
  • Process and follow up on stationery requests.
  • Coordinate with related departments for approvals when needed.
3. Reporting
  • Prepare Distributor Accumulated Expenses Report (monthly).
  • Submit Sell-In Report via WhatsApp.
  • Prepare and send Distributor Sell-Out Report to Northern distributors.
  • Complete the Sales Review – Water report.
  • Submit Debtor Aging Summary and Cash Aging to the respective PIC.
  • Report stock balance to 8 distributors every Monday and Wednesday.
4. Daily Checking & Administration
  • Check Salesman TR every morning, record findings, and provide to Ms. Lim.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for all reports and claims.
5. QNE System Tasks
  • Open new customer accounts in QNE.
  • Update existing customer account information when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Mandarin speaker is adding advantage.
