About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organised Admin & Customer Service professional to join our team in Bundusan, Sabah. This full-time role will see you working at the heart of our operations, providing vital administrative and customer support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems
  2. Serving as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing excellent customer service
  3. Assisting with data entry, report generation, and other clerical duties as needed
  4. Coordinating logistics and office supplies to ensure the office runs efficiently
  5. Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  5. A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  6. A keen interest in providing exceptional customer service
  7. Must have own transport.
