Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Admin. The Account Admin will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, providing essential support to the finance and administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Set Accounting - Preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and management reports (is preferred).
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all cash transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and analyse expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma in Accounting (i.e. LCCI), Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (UBS / Auto Count) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
