We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead business growth initiatives across SMEs, multinational corporations (MNCs), and government agencies. This role requires strong B2B experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

* Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within SMEs, MNCs, and government sectors.

* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

* Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and tenders in a professional and timely manner.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and warehouse) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.

* Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for management.

* Drive digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.

* Build long-term client partnerships through strong account management, after-sales support, and solution-based selling.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, with proven success in dealing with SMEs, MNCs, and/or government agencies.

* Strong understanding of tendering processes, procurement practices, and corporate buying behaviour.

* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

* Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally regionally) for client meetings and business development.
