Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operational oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and profitability.

  • Financial management: Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and profit & loss to ensure the business stays within budget and achieves profit goals.

  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies for sales, service, and overall growth in alignment with company objectives. Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

  • Performance analysis: Review key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with several years in a senior operations or management leadership role. Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar executive role.
  • Proficiency in business management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent financial and business acumen.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex business problems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
