Job Scope / Responsibilities:


• Prepare and submit timesheets, system delivery orders (DO), and invoices to customers


• Able to to use SQL and knowledge of e-Invoicing


• Follow up on payments with customers and prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA)


• Handle payment vouchers (PV) and manage petty cash for general and spare part purchases


• Verify supplier invoices and process supplier payments


• Prepare monthly payments for utilities, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB


• Handle monthly payroll including salary slips and payments


• Manage recruitment activities and job advertisements


• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies


• Handle general purchases for office and operational needs


• Manage customer portals for PO receipt and invoice submission


• Coordinate new customer registration processes


• Liaise with company secretary and auditors on statutory matters


• Arrange logistics for local and overseas orders

Job Requirements:


• Hardworking, diligent, and trustworthy


• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a related field


• Full-time position available


• Must possess own transportation
