PROTÉGÉ–Ready to Work (RTW)

Introduction

PROTÉGÉ-RTW implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.

The total implementation period of PROTÉGÉ-RTW is eight (8) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:

1) Soft-skills Training

2) On-the-Job Training

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer-Software or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work with a team in a fast-paced and time-critical environment.
  • Details-oriented and has great problem-solving skills.
  • Applicant must be willing to travel outstation.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions from superiors, and able to work in a team and independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform troubleshooting on company hardware, servers, networks, and related issues.
  • Perform IT Hardware implementation to enhance the current infrastructure environment.
  • Daily communication with clients in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Resolve escalated service issues, coaching other team members to resolutions, engineering and implementing complex projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Required to standby after working hours, public holidays, and weekends.
