We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a role focused on tender and quotation management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  1. *Quotation Preparation*

* Draft and prepare quotations based on customer requirements and internal pricing strategies.

  1. Tender Document Preparation and Submission

* Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documents in line with client specifications and deadlines (for both government and private sector projects).

  1. Tender Opportunity Monitoring

* Actively monitor and track tender opportunities via various online portals and procurement platforms.

  1. Internal Coordination

* Liaise with relevant internal departments (e.g. technical, finance, legal) to collect necessary documents, certifications, and technical inputs required for tender submissions.

  1. Compliance and Timeliness

* Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, fully compliant with the required specifications, and submitted within the stipulated timeframe.

  1. Documentation and Record Management

* Maintain a well-organized filing system for tender submissions, updates, and status tracking for future reference and audit purposes.

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. Minimum Education

* Diploma holders from all fields are encouraged to apply. Passionate and motivated individuals, including fresh graduates, are welcome to join us.

  1. Detail-Oriented and Deadline-Driven

* High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

  1. Language Proficiency

* Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, in written and verbal communication.

  1. Technical Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

  1. Work Ethic
