Secretary (Office Executive)

1. As pool secretary to provide secretarial support to Heads of Department as directed by the Human Resource Manager
2. To organize and coordinate the Sub-Committee meetings such as venue, refreshment, distribution of handouts etc
3. To attend and prepare minutes of the Sub-Committee meetings within three (3) working days after the meeting for Chairman’s approval including tender reports and any special meeting and co-ordinate with other Departmental Heads with regards to the preparation of handout for distribution to sub-committee members 3 days prior to the meeting.
4. To prepare the write up or proof reading on correspondent letters, notices, memo etc and to assist in write-up for Annual Report if required
5. To reply the correspondence to Members or guest on their complaints or inquiries.
6. Provide secretarial support to Management Committee as directed by the General Manager.
7. To provide secretarial support to Election Sub-Committee during Annual General Meeting.
8. To assist in the coordination of the administrative requirements for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Executive Secretary or in Linguistic/English Language
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (both oral and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Able to take minutes of meetings and report writing
- Able to work long hours, dateline driven and result oriented
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
