KFJ & Co. is a professional accounting and advisory firm providing a full range of accounting and financial management services to SMEs.

This position is part of KFJ & Co.'s Accounting Team but seconded to Skytravel2u (SKY TRAVEL SERVICES SDN. BHD.), a licensed travel company under MOTAC specializing in City Tour + Nature + Adventure – All in One Trip

The selected candidate will handle bookkeeping and data entry tasks for multiple client portfolios — with Skytravel2u as one of the main projects under your care.

Position: Finance & Accounting Officer

Location: Menara Summit, USJ (Main Office)

(Optional workspace: SetiaWalk Puchong or Bangsar South branch – upon request)

Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Office)

Friday–Saturday: Work from Anywhere (Hybrid Flex)

You will support both KFJ & Co. and Skytravel2u by maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with costing and reporting, and ensuring financial documentation is up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Under KFJ & Co. Accounting Team

  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry using the SQL Accounting System and Excel for small and medium size of clients.
  • Record daily transactions (invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses) across multiple client accounts.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank, supplier, and customer ledgers.
  • Assist in generating monthly trial balances and basic management reports.
  • Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and properly supported by documentation.

Under Skytravel2u (Secondment Scope)

  • Prepare project costing sheets for group and private trips.
  • Assist in creating trip P&L statements and tracking overall profitability.
  • Monitor collections, refunds, and supplier payments in coordination with the Operations team.
  • Update monthly summary reports for Skytravel2u management review.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for all travel-related transactions.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel (basic formulas & organization).
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and disciplined.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: RM2,500/month (EPF + SOCSO + EIS)
