Position: Event Coordinator (Corporate)

We are looking for a creative and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events of various types and sizes. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events, from conception to completion

  • Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives

  • Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors

  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations

  • Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events

  • Manage event staff and volunteers

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Evaluate event success and provide feedback for future improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software
