Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to support our daily administrative operations for a period estimately three (3) months. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation for records.
  • Provide support for any ongoing projects or assignments as directed by the supervisor.
  • Ensure documents and information are accurately updated and well organized.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks or systems.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Preferably someone who able to speak in Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1, RM1,701.00 per month
