Your job scope includes:

  • Research and understand marketing trends and consumers' need.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and analysis, and further come out with associated counter action plan.
  • Plan and execute for inter-platform marketing effort (banner, shocking sales, bundle deal, keyword ads, listing ranking).
  • Building brand awareness via social media platforms
  • Manage product uploads, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora etc).
  • Set up and optimize platform-based ads and promotions.
  • Design visuals for marketing materials using Canva and Adobe tools.
  • Assist in copywriting for product descriptions, ads, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Analyze data to improve customer engagement and product visibility.
  • Liaise with customer service, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and campaign execution.
