  • Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
  • Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
  • Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
  • The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Science field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong skills in people management, is essential.
  • Hands-on expertise in the SAP PM module, along with machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, is mandatory—please note that experience in facility maintenance is not applicable.
  • Familiarity with DMG CNC machines, high-pressure hydraulic presses, laser cutting machines, and laser marking equipment is necessary.
  • Background in developing maintenance manuals, implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or creating preventive maintenance task lists is important.
  • Experience with CNC machines and robotic arms is expected.
  • Proficiency in injection molding, hydraulic pressing, and laser marking technologies is required.
  • Knowledge of dust collection systems is also advantageous.
  • Solid proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • A good understanding of electrical schematic diagrams is necessary.
  • Experience in working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and electrical maintenance is a must.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong command of English, both written and spoken.
