Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform day to day purchasing activities.

2. Ensure that purchases are correctly invoiced, completed and delivered in a timely manner while maintaining the quality.

  1. Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiate contracts and purchase orders with them in order to obtain the best price and value for money and secure favourable terms.

  2. Tracking and monitoring raw materials according to purchase order.

5. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to ensure optimal stock levels.

6. Distribution of goods received from vendor to the respective department.

7. Managing the warehouse stock and inventory, proceeding with weekly and monthly stock count.

8. Collaborating with production, logistics and finance team to align procurement activities with business needs.

9. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.

  1. At least 1 year working experience in procurement or purchasing role, preferably in manufacturing will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

  3. Good negotiation and communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skill.

5. Ability to work as a team and independently.

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost saving opportunities.

  2. Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.

  3. Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
