Product Integration Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Product Manager for our Integrations Pod. Reporting to a senior Product Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

In this role, you will spearhead our Integrations Pod, driving enterprise integration initiatives that are fundamental to our business growth objectives for FY'26. You will own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless interoperability across multiple enterprise platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating business needs into impactful, scalable integration solutions that elevate operational efficiency and enable our broader business vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integrations pod, upkeep a prioritized product roadmap for integrations, driving day-to-day decisions and roadmap execution to support business growth and operational objectives within the domain of integrations.
• Define and prioritize integration requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications and managing product ownership for integration connectors.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering team, technical business analysts, and external partners to deliver scalable integration solutions that meet compliance, security, user experience, and business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end management of integrations - including scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and delivery.
• Advocate for customer needs in integration projects, ensuring solutions address user pain points and deliver measurable business value.
• Monitor integration performance, user adoption, and business impact; drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and influencing key business KPIs.
• Regularly communicate product and integration updates, progress, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure quality documentation, clear communication, and effective change management throughout the integration lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant Product experience, with a focus on enterprise systems integrations or API management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated success delivering integration projects within Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of integration architectures, enterprise software platforms, key API protocols (REST/SOAP, GraphQL), ETL data flows, and common data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
• Proven ability to translate strategic business needs into actionable product requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical skills for measuring business KPIs, user adoption, and integration performance

Bonus Experience

• Experience in regulated industries (finance, compliance, or similar).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards for integrations.
• Direct experience with iPaaS, cloud platforms, and leading integration technologies.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, or similar integration technologies.
• Relevant certifications in product management or integration domains.
