Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Handle billing related job tasks including SOA (Invoice, Statement of Accounts, Credit Note, Debit Note).
  • Maintain, prepare & monitor aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
  • Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
  • Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references.
  • Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments whenever required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree qualification.
  • With relevant experience and qualification is preferred.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words and Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn, independent, reliable, disciplined, organized and able to adapt.
  • Able to meet all datelines given and complete in timely manner.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
