Job Details:Job Description: 
  • Responsibilities include scouting for, and developing, new customers for the Edge Products and Designs.

  • The role will involve understanding Intel's roadmap and technologies as it relates to the edge computing group and using that knowledge and the candidates' experience to develop new customers and increase business with new customers in this segment.

  • The candidate will need to partner with sales applications engineer to align new Intel technologies and product roadmaps to the customer's technology, product, and business strategies.

  • The candidate will need to uncover and nurture emerging revenue opportunities across Intel's products and services pertinent to the segment.

  • The candidate will need to close new design win opportunities that result in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through) partnering with the sales application engineers, if needed.

  • The candidate may be called upon to market and sell the full portfolio of Intel products like PC, data center, AI, network, edge computing.

  • The candidate will need to collaborate with ecosystem partners such as distributors, OEMs, and ISVs in support of assigned accounts.

  • The candidate will need to influence and enable sell-through revenue, while maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term.

  • The candidate will need to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.

  • The candidate will need to gather customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Must possess a minimum of Degree and above.  

  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.  

  • Should be conversant with edge computing or related customers or businesses.  

  • Should have proven capabilities to be conversant with edge computing or related customers or businesses.  

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
