Salary Range : RM 7,000 - RM 10,000+

About The Role

As a Market Growth Manager, your objective is to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the expansion and growth of the company within its target markets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, implementing initiatives, and measuring the success of various growth strategies.

Overall Marketing Performance & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.

User Lifecycle Management:

  • Take ownership of the entire user lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the user base.

Market Expansion and Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion.
  • Drive growth initiatives aligned with organizational goals/KPI

Brand Development and Management:

  • Build and enhance the company's brand image through effective marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and positive brand representation globally.

Execution and Implementation:

  • Implement business strategies and action plans to achieve organizational goals effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies and adjust as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fintech knowledge is crucial, given the nature of the industry, blockchain, gaming, Internet and finance sectors are preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role with a focus on growth, market branding, government relations, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong revenue performance-driven mindset.
