KETUA PERKHIDMATAN UMRAH & IBADAH

1. Perancangan & Strategi

  • Merangka strategi tahunan bagi perkhidmatan Umrah & Ibadah.
  • Menyusun business plan berdasarkan unjuran pasaran, kos dan permintaan jemaah.
  • Menyelia pembangunan pakej yang kompetitif dan patuh syariah.
  • Menetapkan hala tuju pemasaran, jualan & operasi secara menyeluruh.

2. Pengurusan Operasi Umrah

  • Memastikan keseluruhan operasi dari pendaftaran hingga pulang berjalan lancar.
  • Memantau vendor: hotel, mutawwif, bas, ground handling, catering, tiket & visa.
  • Mengurus jadual keberangkatan, briefing, sesi latihan jemaah, dan audit perjalanan.
  • Menyelesaikan isu jemaah secara profesional & cepat (customer relations).

3. Pengurusan Pemasaran & Jualan

  • Menyelia strategi jualan bulanan, kempen digital & promosi.
  • Menetapkan skrip jualan, SOP follow-up & closing method.
  • Memantau prestasi pasukan sales & memberikan coaching/latihan jualan.
  • Menyelia quality leads pipeline (FB ads, WA campaign, offline roadshows).

4. Pengurusan Kewangan & Sumber

  • Memantau aliran kewangan bagi setiap trip (kos hotel, tiket, mutawwif).
  • Meluluskan bajet dan memastikan margin keuntungan dipatuhi.
  • Menyelia cashflow trip, refund, pembayaran vendor & document compliance.
  • Mengurus pembangunan staf: latihan, disiplin & KPI individu.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
