Key Roles:

Carry out daily checking and monitor to ensure that all facilities and member supplies in Female Changing Room (FCR) are kept in a safe & tidy condition.

· Prepare and provide towels and required supplies/toiletries to members and guests.

· Answer customer inquiries, complaint or explain availability, policies and procedures of facilities.

· Ensure cleanliness and functionality of all facilities for member's use.

· Refer members/guests problems or complaints to superior.

· Monitor, check and maintain of towels and supplies to ensure adequate availability and order new supplies when necessary.

· Maintain a lost-and-found collection.

· Investigate and inform all abnormal findings to the management/superior.

· Collect soiled towels for laundering.

· Maintain the required stock items.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.

· At least 1 year of working experience in golf industries or in the related field will be an added advantage.

· Demonstrate ability to work in a team.

· Able to work in shift and willing to work during weekend, Public Holidays and be on-call.

· Possesses own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
